Cancellation Policy
While I understand that things come up and sometimes cancellations and tardiness are unavoidable, due to an increase in the number of no-shows and significantly late arrivals, I am forced to follow a strict cancellation policy, effective immediately. The appointment policy is as follows.
There is a 24 hours cancellation policy
You may cancel your appointment, without any charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.
No Show
If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
